WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We offer shipping throughout Belgium, as well as internationally to the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany and the United Kingdom.
If you do live in another country and would like to order from the website: send us a message to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can see what is possible.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We aim to process, pack and ship your order in two business days.
You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and once again when it has been processed. Orders placed after 1 pm or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note at exceptionally busy times these timings might vary.
WHICH SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?
For deliveries in Belgium we ship using Bpost.
This means you can expect delivery in around 3-5 working days in Belgium.
Within Europe, we ship to the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany and the United Kingdom. We use Bpost; you should receive your order within 5-10 working days.
(Please note due to current circumstances postal services may be experiencing delays and disruptions to service.)

I’VE LOST MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL / I DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
Please check your Junk mail folder to make sure the email hasn’t landed in there by mistake.
If you cannot find the email or have lost it please get in touch with us at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to help.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We use a Stripe payment system; at checkout you’ll have the option to select your preferred payment method and will be taken through a secure checkout.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHERE IS IT?
If you have been waiting to receive your order longer than 7 business days in Belgium or longer than 14 business days within the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany or the United Kingdom, then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to help.
I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT IT’S INCORRECT OR DAMAGED
In the rare occasion this might occur please contact us at email@example.com and we will be able to help from there.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?
Unfortunately you cannot amend your order once it has been placed. If you have a query regarding your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to help from there.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We really hope you love your Margo De Weerdt artwork, print, books or stationary but if for some reason you aren’t happy please send us an email at email@example.com within 30 days and we will work to resolve your query.
